Returns are accepted only if:

• Item is damaged during delivery

• Wrong item was delivered

• Item is missing from the order

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect items ordered by customer

• Minor color/design variations in handmade pooja products

• Used or opened items (agarbathi, oils, powders, etc.)

⏳ 2. Return Request Time

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Requests after this period may not be accepted.

📸 3. Proof Required

To process your request, please share:

• Clear photos of the damaged/wrong item

• Photo of the package box

• Order ID

🔄 4. Replacement or Refund

After verification, we will provide one of the following:

✔ Replacement (Preferred)
A new item will be shipped free of cost.

✔ Store Credit
If the item is out of stock.

✔ Refund
Issued only when replacement is not possible.

💳 5. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

🚚 6. Return Shipping

• If return is approved, we will guide you on the return process.

• Do not send items back without confirmation from our team.

❌ 7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Damage is reported late

• Product has been used

• Damage occurred after delivery due to mishandling

• Slight color/design variation in handmade pooja items is natural and not considered damage

• Items broken due to misuse after delivery are not eligible

• Referral program is open to registered customers of our website.

• Referrer must have completed at least one successful order.

• Coupons/store credits may have an expiry (example: 30–180 days).

• Expiry date will be mentioned when reward is issued.

• Expired rewards cannot be reactivated.

❌ 5. Self-Referral Not Allowed

• You cannot refer yourself using:

  • Multiple email IDs

  • Fake accounts

  • Family accounts from the same household to misuse the offer

• If detected, rewards will be cancelled.

🚫 6. Misuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to cancel rewards or suspend accounts if we find:

• Fake orders

• Order cancellation after reward credit

• Bulk referral abuse

• Misleading promotion of referral program

💳 7. Order Conditions

• Referral benefits apply only to successful, non-returned orders.

• If the referred order is cancelled or refunded, the referral reward will be removed.
